On 20 February 2007, the Treasurer issued a Statement of Expectation to Mr Jeffrey Lucy AM, former Chairman of ASIC, and requested a Statement of Intent in response. The current Chairman of ASIC, Mr Tony D’Aloisio responded with a Statement of Intent on 27 June 2007. |
