Abstract:

Treasury received five submissions in response to revised exposure draft legislation to harmonise the self actuating system for GST, wine equalisation tax, luxury car tax and fuel tax credits with the income tax system of self assessment. Three submissions were public submissions and two were confidential. Public submissions are accessible by selecting the author.

The opinions expressed in the submissions are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Government or the Treasury.
