Abstract: |
In February 1994, all Australian Governments agreed on the need to accelerate and broaden progress with implementing microeconomic reforms. This commitment was expressed, in part, in the Competition Principles Agreement (CPA), executed at the Council of Australian Governments' meeting in April 1995. |
