The consultation paper below outlines the Australian Stock Exchange's application and the proposed response, and seeks comments on relevant issues. It is accompanied by draft regulations (in PDF only - below) and a commentary on the draft regulations (also below). Splitting the NGF would leave it with only the investor protection function. Responsibility for clearing support would rest solely with the Australian Stock Exchange's clearing house.
