The Minister for Competition Policy and Consumer Affairs, the Hon Dr Craig Emerson MP, has announced the Australian Government's final response to the Senate Economics Committee inquiry into 'the need, scope and content of a definition of unconscionable conduct for the purposes of Part IVA of the Trade Practices Act 1974'. |
