Abstract: |
All Australian Governments expressed a commitment to the implementation of competitive neutrality principles in the Competition Principles Agreement 1995 (CPA). Following this, the Commonwealth released its own Competitive Neutrality Policy Statement (CNPS) in June 1996. These Guidelines offer assistance in putting into practice the principles of the CNPS. |
