Abstract: |
The purpose of this Issues Paper is to provide industry and other stakeholders with an opportunity to comment on a number of proposals which would impact on the supervision and governance of superannuation entities. This Paper includes proposals relating to licensing of all superannuation funds, providing APRA with a prudential standards-making power, changes to the legislative framework, and in relation to financial assistance for failed superannuation funds. |
