Abstract: |
These draft regulations give effect to the Government's Splitting of Superannuation Contributions policy. Previous draft regulations were released for consultation on Tuesday 14 October 2003. These regulations have been amended to account for issues raised in the previous consultation process. Comments on these revised regulations are invited from all interested parties.
